At House of Anchal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

Returns may be accepted for:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Wrong size or product not matching the description

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Hygiene products such as lingerie or swimwear once opened
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@houseofanchal.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size or color replacements within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund.
  • After Dispatch: Orders will be treated as returns and must follow the return process.
